We integrate PMS (Mews, Octorate, Slope, and others), automate housekeeping and maintenance, and optimize planning and operational workflows in scalable cloud environments. Our goal? To make hotel operations smarter, faster, and more efficient.

The Role
As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be the first point of contact between Cora and our clients.
You will play a central role in ensuring operational continuity for hotels and supporting the technical team with structured analysis and clear documentation.
What you will do
Manage technical support tickets (Level 1 and 2)
Analyze issues related to:
PMS synchronizations
Planning and operational assignments
API integration errors
Mobile app anomalies
Reproduce bugs and collect logs for the development team
Monitor synchronization queues and scheduled jobs
Interface with client IT teams
Update the internal knowledge base
Provide technical support during new client onboarding
You will be a bridge between the client and development: clear, analytical, solution-oriented.
