We’re looking for a Growth Manager to accelerate Cora’s expansion across the hospitality market. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, product, and data owning growth experiments, driving acquisition, activation, and revenue, and turning insights into scalable impact.

The Role
We’re looking for an Account Executive to own the full sales cycle and turn qualified opportunities into long-term customer relationships.
You’ll work closely with BDRs, Growth, and Customer Success, guiding prospects from first meeting to signed deal — and setting them up for success beyond the close.
If you’re consultative, commercially sharp, and comfortable closing deals in a fast-moving SaaS environment, this role has your name on it.
🔍 What We’re Looking For
2–5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably SaaS
Proven track record of closing deals and hitting revenue targets
Strong discovery and qualification skills (you listen before you pitch)
Confidence running demos, negotiations, and contract discussions
Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Comfortable working in a startup environment with high ownership
Bonus: experience selling to hospitality, travel, or multi-location businesses

Il ruolo
Come Help Desk Specialist, sarai il primo punto di contatto tra Cora e i nostri clienti.
Avrai un ruolo centrale nel garantire continuità operativa agli hotel e nel supportare il team tecnico con analisi strutturate e documentazione chiara.
Cosa farai
Gestione ticket di assistenza tecnica (livello 1 e 2)
Analisi problematiche legate a:
Sincronizzazioni PMS
Planning e assegnazioni operative
Errori di integrazione API
Anomalie su app mobile
Riproduzione bug e raccolta log per il team di sviluppo
Monitoraggio code di sincronizzazione e job schedulati
Interfaccia con i team IT dei clienti
Aggiornamento della knowledge base interna
Supporto tecnico durante onboarding nuovi clienti
Sarai un ponte tra cliente e sviluppo: chiaro, analitico, orientato alla soluzione.
Cosa cerchiamo
Requisiti tecnici
+2 anni di esperienza nel ruolo o simili
Conoscenza base di API REST e logiche di integrazione
Capacità di leggere log e comprendere errori backend
Familiarità con:
Query base MongoDB
Strumenti di debugging browser
Concetti base di ambienti cloud (Kubernetes / container)
Esperienza con strumenti di ticketing
Buona conoscenza dell’inglese tecnico
